近日国内各媒体纷纷报道，包括康师傅、可口可乐在内的9大名牌产品塑料瓶含有致癌物质锑，引起了市民的极大关注。对此，中国饮料工业协会发布声明称，北京服装学院某教授对塑料包装中锑含量检测的新方法并非国家标准所规定的方法，同时公布的数据未标明单位，不具有科学性，不能作为判断产品是不是合格的依据。记者探访岛城市场发现，涉事的产品在超市并未下架，但销量受到影响。

  声明还称，饮料行业是一个对消费者负责任的行业，保证产品质量和食品安全符合国家有关标准和法规是企业应尽的责任和道德的底线

  中国饮料工业协会的声明称，塑料瓶锑的含量以及锑在产品中的迁移量是受国家相关标准严格限制的。塑料食品包装容器生产中使用锑催化剂的生产工艺得到包括中国在内的世界各国的广泛使用和认可。对于PET树脂中锑的限量、PET成型品中锑的限量、PET瓶三氧化二锑的使用量及特定迁移量或最大残留量（以锑计）、锑的检测方法，我国均有相关的国家标准和规定。声明称，经核实，北京服装学院这名教授所采用的检测方法并非国家标准所规定的方法，同时公布的数据未标明单位，不具有科学性，不能作为判断产品合不合格的依据。
